Module 4: Live Chat Using Beacon
This module will teach you how to set up and manage a Live Chat system, using the Help Scout Beacon, so that you can provide real-time customer support.

Module 6: Knowledge Base (Design)
The final module of our training will teach you how to design your Knowledge Base, with our simple CSS design code included.
